This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how MAi Pay LLC (“MAi Pay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our merchant-processing services, website (www.gomaipay.com), payment terminals, and related software (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
